I'm starting to think that adulting is your attention constantly being pulled in 12 different directions, and I haven't even started motherhood yet! Anyone else feel distracted? *Raises hand* Sure, my ADHD doesn't help, but how can we stay focused in a world that is loud, fast, and sending information around quicker than you can blink your eyes. This week's in-between is all about trying to manage that distraction.
